We do have six different weight loss programs available in addition to the b-12 shots. The programs vary on how much weight and which program we chose. Also your medical history. We do offer a free 30 to 40 min consultations.

What is the actual dose amount and what specific kind of B is it?

The dose is .5 ml. The brand is cyanocobalamin (this is the same brand used by aurora medical centers and most other medical centers).
