Questions and Answers

I'd like to make Valentine's Day cards but don't see any templates besides the Xmas and New Year's Cards. How may I see different templates?

Hi Andrea,
Apologies for any confusion - the page on the website only contains our 2012 Holiday Card collection. To view other designs, simply visit our website and click "Get Started". Once you're in the card creation wizard, you'll be able to view all available card designs.

The fine print didnt mention that I have to pay tax. I was surprised that I was being charged tax on the total amount (pre-discount) of the cards when checking out at Picaboo. Whats up with that?

Hi Ryan,
We're required to charge sales tax on orders being delivered to California and Illinois addresses. This isn't something that's typically included in the fine print of Groupon offers I've seen, but I apologize for any confusion.
