Picasso Day Spa & Salon

Picasso Day Spa & Salon takes its name from salon founder David Manaute's favorite artist. In many ways, the stylists channel the painting paragon by treating their clients as though they were canvases, using haircuts, color, waxing, and airbrush tanning to achieve an artistic personal aesthetic. The team makes its process collaborative, though, soliciting input from clients when coming up with a style, unlike Picasso—he pretended not to hear the things his canvases said. Their services take place in a building as equally beautiful as the custom looks they craft for clients. The spa's decor showcases a European atmosphere, and reproductions of Picasso's artwork hang on the walls.
