Package includes eight portrait sheets total of the same image/pose, with one 10"x13", one 8"x10", four 5"x7"s, ten 4"x6"s, and 16 wallet photos divided among them. No substitutions may be made.

Does this deal include a CD of high resolution photos? If not, how much additional costs would it be to include one in the session?
