PIES Fitness Yoga Studio

Instructors Marsha Banks-Harold and Erika Gary both have degrees in electrical engineering, a discipline strongly rooted in science and logic. It's their shared love of the spiritual discipline of yoga, though, that brings them together at PIES Fitness Yoga Studio. The studio stays versatile, with yoga styles that range from high-intensity hot yoga to Egyptian-inspired kemetic yoga.

Yoga's the main attraction here, but clients can also take part in belly-dancing lessons, pulse-pounding Zumba classes, and kickboxing sessions led by kangaroos. If you'd rather be at the front of the classroom, you can take a teacher training program to learn the ins and outs of yoga philosophy, ethics, and poses to become a certified yoga instructor.
