Choose Between Two Options

Seven days a week, instructors set students upon reformers, exercise machines invented by Joseph Pilates himself. Their bodies lengthen and contract as they receive resistance from the system of springs and pulleys, which helps to deepen the core engagement of Pilates exercises. Staff supplement this measured workout with 30-minute cardio jump-board classes.
