Will probably never return. The person working with my sister's hair did not know what choppy layers were. When we told her that the shortest layer should be near my sister's ear, in an attempt to help her understand better, she said that it would end up looking like a mullet. I've never had any problems explaining choppy layers to any other salon stylist because they understood the term itself.
