Coaches with specialized certifications lead several types of classes, ranging from group classes that cover cross-training-style exercises and incorporate strength training, cardio conditioning, and functional workouts, to yoga classes or Lean & Mean classes that take on a boot-camp persona with cardio and interval training. In addition to a main training room, a cardio area with cardio theater, and a private training space, the gym houses a spa-style dressing room with an old-Hollywood makeup counter.
