Sorry for the inconvenience.
If you have already made the purchase, you can find and print your Groupons by logging into your account at www.groupon.com. Once you are signed in, place your cursor over your name at the top right of the screen and click "My Groupons" in the drop-down menu that appears. If the Groupon you are trying to print was purchased as a gift, it will be under "My Gifts".
If you ever have an issue redeeming your Groupon, please contact our Customer Service Department by clicking here or calling us at 877-788-7858. We'll be happy to help!

What does 2 per visit mean in the fine print?

Julie M. asked 4 months, 12 days, 15 hours, and 27 minutes ago - 1 answer

Kristina M.

Hi Julie- We've edited the fine print. You can use 3 per visit, which is the buyer max. If you have 3 children you can use all 3 purchased. Thank you!

Re: Planet Air Sports: Two kids, ages 6 and 12: Do I have to purchase two separate passes @ $29, or do two kids go in on one pass? And I assume Feb. 16 and 17 are okay days to use this? Ruthie R.

RUTH A. asked 4 months, 12 days, 11 hours, and 39 minutes ago - 1 answer

Joseph G.

Each pass is valid for one child, so you would need two if you wanted two kids to go. This deal is valid during all normal business hours and days, which are:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 3:00 – 8:00 PM
Friday – 3:00 – 10:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday – 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Wednesday – Closed

I have 4 kids.....am I not able to buy 4??

Nicole W. asked 4 months, 12 days, 17 hours, and 42 minutes ago - 1 answer

Albert Z.

You would have to buy 2 coupons + 1 as a gift. GroupOn does not allow more than that. If you want to buy more, you'd have to do it from a different account.

Do parents have to purchase their own admission when taking a minor child?

Ken D. asked 4 months, 12 days, 19 hours, and 23 minutes ago - 1 answer

Albert Z.

If a parent also wants to participate, he or she needs to pay for his own admission. If you just come to watch, you don't need to pay.
