The week starts when you first go in and do your first service. We also offer you a complimentary consultation where we customize a special regime for you based on your own personal goals. We want you to receive the best results possible during your week. After your complimentary consultation and you start your first service your week (7 days) begins! It is NOT specifically Monday- Sunday. It is just 7 days after you start your services. Enjoy!

I bought the item for my g/f she likes the gift but can't get out of the house for 7 days straight can I get a refund on the item?

Yes you can get a refund by contacting Groupon however if she is available to come at least 3 or 4 days, it's defintiely worth it because she can do 2 or 3 services per visit.
