I don't own a gun. Do you need to own a gun for this promotion? I never shot a gun before is this something good for a beginner?

This groupon offers a concealed weapon certification. Is that the same thing as a permit to carry a concealed weapon? So, after taking this course I will be able to carry a concealed weapon (?).

A certification of completion of cwp training is issued by our NRA instructor, along with instructions on how to obtain your CWP permit. Only the state of florida can issue said permit, but you must present your training certificate. thanks cp
