More Questions and Answers

I would like to know if I bought this Groupon and after a consultation I decided this wasn't for me ...would I get a cash refund from your office or would it be a refund through Groupon? Also could by Invisalign treatment actually cost me more than the value of $7,400? How far out are your appointments for an initial consultation?? I need to change my Flex spending amount before the end of the year in order to claim this on my flexible spending in 2013.

Janet asked 5 months, 6 days, 17 hours, and 33 minutes ago - 1 answer

Steffany

The refund would be through Groupon. Initial consultations can be scheduled in the next week or two at the most.

Could my invisalign treatment end up costing me more than what the groupon deal of $7,400 ?

Janet asked 5 months, 8 days, 15 hours, and 45 minutes ago - 1 answer

Steffany

No, the only charges would be for the Groupon fee. There is a fee for retainers at the end of the treatment, they are $250, but unless you have other dental needs, there would be no other charges - and by other dental needs, this remains your decision to accept any care that is needed.

How do I buy the groupon and then use the financing? I have the FSA, but I do not yet have my card for it, but don't want to miss the deal. and can't pay the $3000 right now.

Rachel K. asked 5 months, 12 days, 22 hours, and 30 minutes ago - 1 answer

Steffany

That's a great question - we do financing through the office, so give us a call at 515-224-5999.

I am 55 years old with crooked, yellow teeth. Is my age a hinderance? Should I even consider this?

Mike asked 5 months, 13 days, 23 hours, and 33 minutes ago - 1 answer

Steffany

Hi Mike! The oldest Invisalign patients that we have cared for have been 78 (two of them!). Age and yellow crooked teeth are exactly why you might want to consider this!

Does this include the cost of having to have some teeth removed because of overcrowding?

Janet asked 5 months, 14 days, 16 hours, and 21 minutes ago - 1 answer

Steffany

Normally, it is not necessary to remove teeth due to crowding. If it is necessary, this is not included.

If after a consultation, it is determined that Invisalign will not work on your particular case, is a refund offered or what is the process? Also, do you offer a similar deal or discounts for people who can not put down the entire $3,000 at once?

Chris R. asked 5 months, 14 days, 20 hours, and 16 minutes ago - 1 answer

Steffany

Yes, a refund would be issued. We do offer financing options in-office.
