Classes start with a warm-up on a yoga mat—which can be rented or brought from home—before each student pairs with her own pole. The schedule offers more than 40 classes per week for students of all ages and experience levels. New classes include Zumba, vinyasa yoga, Ballet Barre Burn, and Belly Afro Samba. Lyra, or aerial hoop classes, begin in January.
