Experienced teachers offer seven classes split into three main categories: pole fitness, pole seduction, and pole sport. Pole fitness classes include Power Pole, which helps students build strength and flexibility; pole seduction classes, such as Pole Play, focus more on the moves and walks involved in the art of pole dancing; and pole sport takes things up a notch by infusing routines with showy spins, flips, and holds.

During studio workshops, instructors guide students through the choreography of a seductive dance routine using poles and chairs as props, snapping more than 50 photos of the performance. After class, students will receive one 4”x6” print. They require students to bring a men’s button-down shirt, matching bra and boy shorts, and stilettos.
