Commonly Asked Questions

is it possible to do the circle island tour and not the pearl harbor one. i don't think our one year old can handle both

Wendy P. asked 4 months, 25 days, 11 hours, and 16 minutes ago - 1 answer

Aloha Wendy, this is one tour that combines both Pearl Harbor and Circle Island and cannot be taken separately.

Brian P. answered 4 months, 25 days, 7 hours, and 7 minutes ago

does the Pearl Harbour tour actually stop so you can take the Pearl Harbour tour?

Loretta asked 4 months, 25 days, 11 hours, and 4 minutes ago - 1 answer

Aloha Loretta, here is a mini-description of what part of the tour includes (and yes, we stop at Pearl Harbor for the tour). This new and unique tour to the Arizona Memorial and Pearl Harbor will transport you to the morning of December 7, 1941 as you re-live the moment that thrust America into World War II. At the Arizona Memorial Visitor Center, Hawaii's number one visitor attraction, you will view the film of the attack and browse through the historic artifacts on display. You will ride the Navy launch across Pearl Harbor to board the Arizona Memorial. Then travel on a scenic trip around the beautiful island of Oahu. Bring your camera to capture one of Oahu's most scenic vistas over Windward Oahu at Nu'uanu Pali Lookout. Visit Byodo-In Temple set amidst a picturesque mountain backdrop (admission included). See world famous North Shore surfing beaches of Sunset, Banzai Pipeline, and Waimea Bay. Drive through rustic historic Haleiwa Town. Visit Dole Plantation villages and discover the history of Hawaii's pineapple industry. Enjoy a no host lunch at the Polynesian Cultural Center. (Location subject to change) This tour also includes a stop for lunch to "recharge" in the middle of the day (lunch not included) before viewing some of the most popular surf spots, including Sunset and Waimea Beach. After your tour, we will return you to your Waikiki hotel.

Brian P. answered 4 months, 25 days, 7 hours, and 6 minutes ago

We just moved here. Where do you meet to do this and does this include the polynesian culture center?

Kim L. asked 4 months, 25 days, 10 hours, and 58 minutes ago - 1 answer

For residents, when you call to book your tour our reservations department will recommend the best place to meet to be picked up depending on what part of the island you live. Also, even though we stop for lunch at Polynesian Cultural Center, it is only a lunch stop and there is no time to visit the center itself.

Brian P. answered 4 months, 25 days, 7 hours, and 1 minute ago

How long do you get at Pearl Habour and the temple?

Kelly F. asked 4 months, 25 days, 10 hours, and 18 minutes ago - 1 answer

Aloha Kelly, you will visit the Arizona Visitor Center to watch the film about the attack on Pearl Harbor and then ride the Navy launch and visit the memorial so you do get to spend a good amount of time at Pearl Harbor. The normal stop at the temple is about 15 - 20 minutes.

Brian P. answered 4 months, 25 days, 7 hours, and 3 minutes ago

how long are you at pearl harbor.

julia c. asked 4 months, 25 days, 9 hours, and 15 minutes ago - 1 answer

Aloha Julia, the duration at Pearl Harbor is 2 hours minimum.

Brian P. answered 4 months, 25 days, 7 hours, and 3 minutes ago

Aloha, How long is the stop at the Polynesian Cultural Center? Is there a meal included? At what time is the pickup from the hotel? Do you stop at any beaches? Mahalo nui loa

Pierre asked 4 months, 25 days, 6 hours, and 56 minutes ago - 1 answer

Aloha Pierre, our lunch stop is sometimes at Polynesian Cultural Center or at Kuuloa Ranch depending on time of day we are out there. However, if lunch is at Polynesian Cultural Center it is for lunch only and not for touring the center. The pickup times vary in the morning depending on hotel location. After your purchase you must call in your reservations to book your tour and then you'll be informed what the pickup time is. However, pickup times in Waikiki start at 7:00 a.m.

Brian P. answered 4 months, 25 days, 6 hours, and 50 minutes ago

Do this tour stop at the Polynesian Center? Do we have enough time to visit the center.. I am comparing your tour to Pearl Harbor/Dole Plantation/Polynesian Cultural Center Tour # 11A from Discover Hawaii Tours.. Thanks

Pierre asked 4 months, 25 days, 6 hours, and 35 minutes ago - 1 answer

Aloha Pierre, it is only a lunch stop with no time to visit the center, and I'd suggest to look at our description of what we do and not any other company at www.polyad.com Mahalo and take care

Brian P. answered 4 months, 25 days, 6 hours, and 28 minutes ago

Can we meet you at the pearl harbor area instead of getting on at Waikiki? We are staying in Ko Olina and it is really close for us to meet there to get on with the tour?

Wenelda Z. asked 4 months, 25 days, 3 hours, and 17 minutes ago - 1 answer

Aloha, please call 808-833-3000 or (toll-free) 800-622-3011 to discuss with our reservation specialist before purchasing to make sure this is possible since we only pickup and drop-off in Waikiki.

Brian P. answered 4 months, 25 days, and 14 minutes ago

Is it possible to do just the pearl Harbor tour and skip the rest of the day?

Wenelda Z. asked 4 months, 25 days, 2 hours, and 53 minutes ago - 1 answer

Aloha Maura, it is possible, but please keep in mind that you will have to find your own transportation back to your hotel.

Brian P. answered 4 months, 25 days, and 17 minutes ago

Which Waikiki hotels do u pick up at?

Jean W. asked 4 months, 24 days, 8 hours, and 7 minutes ago - 1 answer

Aloha Jean, we pickup at almost all hotels in waikiki, and the ones we don't pickup locations would be close to those hotels.

If I buy 4 adult tickets, do they have to be used all at one time? Also I have a 10 yr old that will be free, do I need to indicate that at the time of purchase or when I make reservations?

Monica R. asked 4 months, 23 days, 5 hours, and 52 minutes ago - 1 answer

Aloha Monica, you don't have to use all the tickets at the same time and yes, the 10 year old would be free since you'll be purchasing an adult ticket. We are selling children's tickets only if the number of children exceed the number of adult tickets purchased. (Example, a family of 2 adults and 3 children would have to purchase one child ticket).

Brian P. answered 4 months, 23 days, 5 hours, and 30 minutes ago

I read some reviews on Tripadvisor and it says that that this is not a photography tour; just a tour to see things,so does that mean we dont' have time for pictures?

thao asked 4 months, 23 days, 7 hours, and 51 minutes ago - 1 answer

Aloha Thao, you will have time for photos are Pearl Harbor.

Brian P. answered 4 months, 23 days, 5 hours, and 32 minutes ago

If I purchase this groupon (technically 2 groupons there are 5 adults) we have a 10 year old travelling with us and we were wondering if he needs a ticket too? As one of the groupons is for a child and then in the description it says with every adult ticket children between 3-11 are free. Just curious. Thanks in advance. Melissa

Melissa A. asked 4 months, 23 days, 12 hours, and 34 minutes ago - 1 answer

Aloha Melissa, yes, children are free (one per each adult ticket purchased). We are selling child tickets separately in case a group has more children than adults going on the tour.

Brian P. answered 4 months, 23 days, 5 hours, and 32 minutes ago

Hi, are the admissions to Pearl Harbor included and what other costs apart from lunch could we expect.

Pam M. asked 4 months, 24 days, 5 hours, and 6 minutes ago - 1 answer

Aloha Pam, admissions to Pearl Harbor is included and your only other expenses other than lunch would be if we stop at any gift shops if you decide to purchase anything on your own.

Brian P. answered 4 months, 23 days, 5 hours, and 33 minutes ago
