Mobile purveyors of Argentine tango, Portal a Tango’s husband-and-wife team Bobbi and Patricia Lusic impart their substantial dancing savvy upon pupils around the Lower Mainland via public classes. Over the course of the beginner’s class, Bobbi and Patricia introduce students to the alluring art form by covering dance and fundamental tango topics relating to culture, musicality, and etiquette. With each progressive lesson, pupils slink and twirl through the curriculum at their own pace while honing skills of artistry and self-expression. Though not required, dancers are welcome to bring a partner or tuxedo-clad coat rack to class. Should movers miss a class, they can make it up at an alternate location, or confer with one of Portal a Tango’s astute assistants for a briefing on the previous week’s class. Fleet feet benefit from indoor shoes with non-marking soles or hovercraft capabilities in order to keep floors shipshape.

The Groupon Guide to: Modern Video Games
Members of the previous generation who grew up with simpler arcade activities such as Pac-Man, Froggist, Ms. Froggist, and pinball (often called bowling) may find themselves intimidated by modern video games. Initiate yourself with one of these top-selling games from last year:
Racing Assassin 3-D: The latest installment in the popular Racing Assassin series pits time-traveling judo prince Gruyère against a cavalcade of funny-car driving cartoon marsupials.
Modern Warplex: Call & Conquer: 1: This hyper-realistic game of battlefield tactics and strategy puts you in the role of a soldier who is trying to shoot his gun at other people before they shoot their guns at you.
The Wizard's Keeper: Raise a wizard from baby … to wizard. Will he turn on you at a crucial juncture?
LyfeWae: This avant-garde indie hit can be purchased directly from the creator for $5 or downloaded for free at most farmers' markets. You play as a meditative point of light.
Nightmare Nightmare Dance Asylum: The dance dances you!
