Cultivated in northwestern Spain, Pardal Tempranillo boasts an un-oaked medium body that brims with flavors of blackberries and pairs well with heartier meals such as pasta and red meat. Pardal Verdejo, made from a Spanish grape variety similar to sauvignon blanc, carries crisp floral and fruity notes that draw out the flavors in whitefish, mild curries, and paella.
