Greetings...I am a relatively out-of-shape, 67-year-old male who lives in S Sacramento. Do you think your offering would benefit me and are you conveniently located enough for me to get there without much hassle? Also, how frequently and when will the classes occur. Thanks

Thanks for your question. By starting slowly and having a patient approach, regular yoga classes would likely to be just the thing to turn things around. We are in midtown, at the corner 16th & H, with both metered and unmetered parking. For full details on all available parking, just visit our "About" page. A full description of our classes is available through our "Schedule" page. Both are found at www.practiceyogasac.com. We suggest our Hatha classes, or our Sunday "Back to Basics" class, as good places to start.

Hi. I'm a beginner to yoga practice. Been practicing hot yoga for last few months. Your studio offers Yoga Wall, can I sign up for that class as well? Do you go over how to use apparatus during class or is there intro class to Yoga Wall?
