The groupons expire in December. If you buy a 3 pack, do they all need to be used by December, or just the first one? Also, do you have to make an appointment to get an oil change?

Yes, appointments are required. You must have scheduled all of your appointments before the expiration date, but they dates themselves may fall after that date.

There are no additional fess charged for the price of the oil change, unless your vehicle would hold more than five quarts of oil. Thanks for asking. Phil

The description says that technicians will "check the filter". Standard practice is to "replace" the oil filter at every oil change. Is that replacement included in the cost of the groupon?

We always replace oil filter when changing the oil. We will check the engine air filter. I guess Groupon had a misprint. Thanks for asking. Phil
