The Louisville franchise finds its home on the second floor of the Macy's department store at Oxmoor Center, and it hosts a team of hairstylists, aestheticians, electrologists, massage therapists, and nail technicians who are each experts in their fields. Manager Kelly Andrews has more than 15 years of experience in the spa and medical-aesthetics industries, including nine years spent working under a clinically and cosmetically skilled dermatologist.

Metallic artwork on the warm-colored walls offers gentle, textual reminders such as Rejuvenate and Return that library book, and white columns and a backlit rotunda add a touch of sophistication.
