Customers can choose any steak or seafood cases on the company's website. Some options include 12-ounce T-bone steaks, which come in four portions, and 4-ounce Choice sirloin beef fillets, which arrive in eight portions. Seafood lovers can pick out cooked cocktail shrimp, numbering 31–40 per case, or Alaskan snow crab, which comes in 8–10 pieces. There is an extra $10 charge for cases of lobster tails.

Premium Steak & Seafood's team of meat connoisseurs flash-freezes choice cuts of meats and seafood portions before shipping them straight to diners’ doors within 24 hours. Beef options include bacon-wrapped beef fillets and Angus sirloin-steak burgers, whereas pork cuts include kabobs, loin roasts, and fully cooked St. Louis–style baby-back ribs. Premium Steak & Seafood offers gourmet sea fare, such as lobster tails, ahi tuna steaks, and Alaskan snow crab as well as poultry such as chicken kiev, chicken cordon bleu, and preseasoned breasts. All cuts are 100% USDA-inspected, graded either choice or prime, and come in prepackaged portions. Meats are Cryovac vacuum-sealed to secure flavor tighter than Fort Knox's refrigerator, and all cuts are restaurant trimmed for 30%–40% less fat and bone.
