Prenatal Plus Pregnancy & Parenting Centre
The child-loving staff of Prenatal Plus Pregnancy & Parenting Centre acknowledges that each pregnancy and birth uniquely defines a life. Prenatal classes prepare couples for the physical and emotional challenges of pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Group sessions such as prenatal yoga help relieve the aches and pains that come with pregnancy. Once the baby is born, parents can attend mom and baby classes, yoga, and CPR classes. The centre serves as a hub for meeting other parents, as they begin shaping the way their babies will learn, think, and develop. Practicing songs and rhymes further boost healthy parent-child relationships.
