If I were basing this assessment solely on the company itself, it would be much lower because it took SEVERAL phone calls, emails and on-line requests at ALL hours of the day over the course of SEVERAL days to finally get a response from the individual responsible for booking the tour. My friend was over from Australia and we were under a tight timeline. Fortunately we were able to book a tour and our guide Hayden was marvelous! My buddy got the first fish he's ever caught and being a sturgeon, it was quite the memorable event.
