Each diner chooses one appetizer, one main dish, and one dessert from the prix fixe menu. Options include starters of fresh salmon ceviche, entrees of dry-aged tenderloin with rosemary potatoes and mushrooms, and desserts of Valrhona chocolate and Grand Marnier crème brûlée served with hazelnut biscotti.

Windsor Arms Hotel

Nestled within the Windsor Arms Hotel, Prime serves up a full menu of modernized versions of classic recipes, including vegetarian dishes, seafood, and steaks cooked in an infrared broiler, in addition to the prix fixe menu. As servers whisk eggplant terrine, 24-ounce rib eyes, and whole steamed lobsters to white-draped tables in two dining rooms, the flickering fireplace adds warmth to decor laden with tan leather and dark woods. Diners can admire paintings by Canadian artist Charles Pachter or practice juggling forks one-handed as they sip on selections from Prime's substantial wine list, which won Wine Spectator's Best of Award of Excellence in 2012.
