What is the difference between the open water cert vs the NAUI cert?

They are the same. Open water just means your certified to dive in the ocean. The NAUI cert is a Beginning Open Water Certification, good to dive down to 60 feet in the ocean.

I live overseas and am only in America for two more months. If I buy this deal is there any gurantee that there will be spots free in classes on the weekend so that I am able to complete the certification by the first weekend in March?

We cannot guarantee anything as we cannot determine what the ocean conditions will be like. We do have a weekend class starting in February.

Do the open water dives have to be out in the ocean or are they all in the deep pool?

We start in the classroom, followed by the pool where you will learn and practice all of your skills. We then go to the ocean to test your skills. YOu do have the option for a referral to do your ocean dives if you are going on vacation or do not like the cold water.
