I'm interested in your 5 room special.... some rooms are less than the 200' limit, and one is a bit larger... so would it be ok to use the overage in one room to apply to the smaller rooms.... just so that my total of 5 rooms is no more than 1000'? (It actually comes to 902') Also, does this include your deep scrub and pre-treatment? And, is Johnson Creek within your travel limit?

We do service Johnson Creek. We do measure around the furniture but we do not combine the room sizes. If you fall into a 6th room we charge $25 a room per 200 sq.ft. Yes includes the deep scrub and pre treatment though if you have any pet stains we do offer pet treatment for 20 cents per sq.ft.. Thanks, Michelle

The chemical we offer takes care of most traffic but htere is no guarantee. We have other chemicals if needed to use but it can cost $25 depending how big the area and how much of that specific chemical is needed.

if needed we offer preconditioner which takes care of most pet stains and heavy traffic. Honestly depnds if it went don to padding and if it it has been ever pretreated with anything else prior.
