Commonly Asked Questions

The person I am buying the gift to has to be the first time client?

Rebecca L. asked 6 months, 25 days, 3 hours, and 57 minutes ago - 1 answer

Konan P.

Yes, we do ask that everyone using a voucher is a first time client. The reason being is that we do incur financial fees with Groupon, so we want to make it only available for people who are just trying out our services. There are times we make special exceptions, in the case the you didn't know they already frequented our location, but we have had some people who find a loop hole by buying "gifts" for each other which is not allowed.

CanI substitute the Thai massage for a Swedish massage?

Ted H. asked 6 months, 25 days, 23 hours, and 45 minutes ago - 1 answer

Konan P.

Hi Ted. Yes you can pay the difference in price for the Swedish massage, which would be $10. If this is for a Day of Zen, then the upcharge would be $20. Just let us know what you're doing during the booking process, so there's no confusion during checkout.

More Questions and Answers

I will be getting one 60-Minute Thai Massage for myself and one as a gift for my husband. Is it possible to have a couple massage?

Jia Wen C. asked 6 months, 24 days, 4 hours, and 26 minutes ago - 1 answer

Konan P.

Hi Jia, it depends on what you mean by a "couples" massage. If you want to have the massages next to each other, then yes. If you are wanting a private room with each other, then you would need to change the massage into a Western style massage. Please keep in mind in either case, you will need to request that specifically when you book. Also, there would be fees associated with changing it to a Western style massage.

What are the hours of the spa? How late can you get treatments? Thank you, gh

Their hours are 9am to 9pm.

Sammy T. answered 6 months, 24 days, 9 hours, and 4 minutes ago

Konan P.

Hi George, we are open from 9am to 9pm everyday. The last appointment for the one hour service is at 8pm. If you are coming for the 3 hour treatment, the last appointment is at 5:30pm. There are rare occasions we open a little earlier or stay a little later to accommodate clients.

Is it possible to buy two and have it done as a couples massage? Especially for the $99 3-hour Zen Package.

Isabel M. asked 6 months, 24 days, 19 hours, and 17 minutes ago - 1 answer

Konan P.

Hi Isabel. It is possible to receive two of the Day of Zen treatments side by side. Please keep in mind that those services will take up 6 hours of time total, so it will be more difficult for us to book them and you may have to book a few weeks in advance for us to get you in at the same time, especially if you plan on coming in on a weekend. Also keep in mind that the foot reflexology session is performed on comfortable lounge chairs and the Thai massage portion of the Day of Zen is performed on our Thai platform- each space is divided by heavy curtains and we are able to open the dividing curtain so that you and your guest could be side by side during the entirety of your Day of Zen.

Not clear on the $99 Zen package. It's says 60 minutes each of 3 things: 1) Thai massage, 2) foot reflexology, and 3) hot herbal compress. Does this mean I get 3 hours of all these things separately in the same day (meaning I need to schedule a 3-hour chunk of time at the facility), or are you doing all of them simultaneously in one 1 hour session?

sabrina C. asked 6 months, 25 days, 3 hours, and 10 minutes ago - 1 answer

Konan P.

Hi Sabrina, sorry about the confusion. It is a three hour session. You first start off with our foot massage/reflexology which includes our herbal foot soak, then we move on to the hour Thai massage session and finish with an hour of Herbal Press. Generally, the therapists have been modifying the Herbal Press by shortening it and giving more time on the Thai massage portion. That is because of the feedback we are getting and we're finding people are wanting more time on the Thai massage. However, you can talk with your therapist and they can modify it to however you like.

Can I buy qty 2, one for two different friends, or do I have to do two separate transactions, since it is for two different people.

catherine asked 6 months, 25 days, 6 hours, and 32 minutes ago - 1 answer

Konan P.

You are allowed to buy one for yourself and one for your friend. If you want to can give the one for yourself to your friend, so therefore you can buy to for different people. I don't think the system will allow you to buy 3, if you are wanting one for yourself though. Anyone can use a Groupon, as long as they are a first time client and in possession of the Groupon voucher. We don't require the name(s) on the voucher to be matched up to the actually user. Some people "re-gift" their Groupons because they aren't able to use it. That's perfectly fine.
