If this expires in September how do you get 6 sessions in? I am looking at underarms- does the 6 sessions typically complete this area or do clients have to complete 10 sessions for complete hair growth stumping.

You need to start treatments before the expiration date, not complete all 6. For some people 6 treatments will leave them hair free and for some they may need additional treatments. Factors include genetics, hormones, medications...
