TRX training classes focus on body-weight exercises, which build clients' strength, balance, and coordination. For class times, see the TRX schedule. Students should call ahead and reserve a slot in the class.
During Boot Camp sessions, Pure Fitness' trainers teach students to eschew free weights in favor of their body weight, with exercises that enhance core strength, flexibility, and balance. They complement these classes with an array of boot camps and yoga classes, as well as personal-training sessions tailored to each client's fitness goals.
