Pure Mountain Olive Oil

As children, cousins Zak Cassady-Dorion and Charlie Ruehr first bonded over a box of animal crackers. Now that they've grown up, their tastes have changed, and they have bonded over a love of artisanal olive oils. They opened their shop, Pure Mountain Olive Oil, in order to prove to others that a good, quality olive oil can complement almost any dish at any meal. Their shop stocks extra-virgin olive oils imported from Italy, Morocco, Greece, and other nations, many of which the cousins have visited themselves.

The duo encourages people to enjoy the shops healthful oils drizzled over a sandwich to replace butter, mixed with the shop's aged balsamic vinegars to make dressings, or poured over playground slides to make them faster.
