The Deal

  • $25 for one month of unlimited yoga classes (a $50 value)

Dynamic instructors guide students during group classes, including beginners' hot yoga, 100-degree hot vinyasa yoga, and hot booty burn, which combines yoga and Pilates disciplines in a 95-degree studio. Hip hop yoga and yoga boot camp add a more dynamic energy to traditional yoga poses. Click here to see the full class schedule.

The staff recommends bringing plenty of water. If you don't have a yoga mat, there are mats and yogitoes available for rental or purchase on-site.

Pure Yoga & Fitness

Many of the yoga classes at Pure Yoga & Fitness are performed in temperatures that exceed 90 degrees. In addition to calling forth a little more sweat the usual, this heat has a hidden agenda; when combined with vinyasa poses, it helps increase muscle mobility and cleanse the body of toxins. Although hot yoga classes are the studio's specialty, they're not the only thing on the schedule. The studio hosts pure booty and pure sculpt classes, which both combine yoga, Pilates, and other movements to offer well-rounded workouts. No matter which exercises they choose, clients can always soothe sore muscles and help prevent strains with a massage from the studio's in-house therapist.
