I called them and their number is disconnected. Also, visit http://myupperwest.com/upper-west-side/uws-openings-closings-91112/ and you'll see that they've been closed for a while. I don't think it's nice to offer a deal for a place that does not have a working phone number.

I would like to bring my kids who are not of drinking age...is it possible to substitute something for the wine --- such as dessert or an appetizer?

Unfortunately, this Groupon is valid only for the option purchased. You will not be able to substitute the wine for another beverage.
