The menu includes al pastor tacos with marinated pork, fresh pineapple, onion, and cilantro ($4.99 for three), sopes topped with chihuahua cheese, potatoes, chorizo, and other ingredients ($5.99), and beef short rib tacos with onion and cilantro ($6.99 for three).

Que Taco

Que Taco owner Pablo Labiaga and his family pile tortillas with more than 20 combinations of authentic Mexican ingredients. Chopped beef short ribs, potatoes with chihuahua cheese, and sirloin steak are just a few options. They also prepare al pastor the traditional way, marinating pork before roasting it on a spit. Sips of freshly squeezed fruit juices and bites of chocolate flan sweeten diners’ palates throughout the day, and until 2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
