Does this groupon include a 8x10 photo with Santa? Why would they want a infant to have a ticket?

No. Groupon doesn't include an 8x10 in their price. All ages must have a paid voucher to enter. Its going to be full price $60 per person at the door, to enter on the day of the event.

The $15 Groupon is valid for 1 person, and the $25 Groupon is valid for 2 people. If there are 3 of you total, you'll need one of each option. Each guest must have a ticket to enter, regardless of age, so a 6 month old would also need a ticket.
