Hi there, Does this treatment have multi settings and do all treatments have to be completed within 6 months (180 days) or is it just one procedure within that time to activate the coupon and client? I've had fraxel done on a very deep settings (25). Is this procedure similiar for the depth of what I've had in the past? The groupon states a person can buy a max of 4...does that mean 8 sessions? What is the minimum time between sessions? Thanks :)

Is the treatment fraxel repair or fraxel restore? Also, does full face include the eyes, or is that separate? Do you need to do a series of treatments(3 to 6), or is it a single treatment?

Hello Danielle, Lets first address your question of Fraxel. No, this is NOT fraxel or fraxel restore. This is CO2 Laser. The CO2 laser goes slights deeper and has a different way of shrinking collagen than the Fraxel laser. Therefore, a CO2 laser generally gives a better result for deeper wrinkles, acne scars, stretch marks, and crepeyness around the eyes. The CO2 is best for individuals with moderate to deep wrinkles/sun damage or with moderate to severe acne scarring. It also works well on crepey eyelid and neck skin when performed by an expert with the proper settings. The full face includes the "Lower" eyelids. The upper eyelids will be separate and with this Groupon feature, it's worth it at $99. The number of treatments will vary depending on your individual requirements. That said, most clients see noticeable improvements after only one treatment while others chose to have a less aggressive treatment and do two or even three.

How long do the effects of the laser treatment last for?

Hi Kelly, That depends on how well you protect your skin from the sun and other factors that cause aging like your general health, smoking, changes in weight, etc. If you apply sunscreen and wear brimmed hats, you can maintain the good effects of your CO2 laser treatment for several years.

Another question - Groupon mentions that it will be "a CO2 fractional-laser resurfacing treatment" however it is a big difference between CO2 and fractional laser resurficing. On the Queens Quay Medspa web site they have: Fractional Resurfacing Eyelids - 45min - $600.00 Full Face - 90min - $1,200.00 Neck - 30min - $800.00 CO2 Resurfacing Full face (includes skin care) - 90min - $5,000.00 Eyelids - 45min- $1,200.00 So what you offer is : Fractional Resurfacing not a CO2 which is misleading. Am I correct?
