Ideally, I would like to have two area rugs (8x10 and 5x7), a couch (standard 3 cushion), and a loveseat (standard 2 cushion) cleaned. Which option would cover that? Thanks!

Hi Abby, You would have to purchase the 2 room carpet cleaning Groupon for the 2 area rugs and the Groupon for a standard size sofa. Your loveseat would be an additional charge of $59. If there are any detachable back cushions on the sofa or loveseat, there is an additional charge of $8/cushion.

I have 1 room that I would like cleaned with the 2 Step Method. The room is 18 x 13. This is the only room that I want to be cleaned. Would I be able to use the 2 room cleaning Groupon? Would their be an additional charge be for the 2 Step method since I am only getting 1 room? If so, how much would it be?

Hi Sommer, Yes, you can purchase the 2 room Groupon for the larger room. The additional charge for the 2 step method on that room would be $33.50.

Hi Pamela, If your buying the 5 room groupon you carpets should be covered under that groupon. The sofa would be $79 to steam-clean it and the chaise would be $59 to steam-clean it. If there are any detachable back cushions they are extra.

What do you mean by "additional charge for 2 sided couches?" I have a couch with 3 detachable cushions...would that be a 2 sided couch? What would you charge to clean it? Thanks!

Hi Shari, The Groupon for $39 is for a standard 3 cushion sofa. The $79 Groupon is for any sofa that has more sections to it. The detachable seat cushions are included in the price. If your back cushions are detachable, those are extra.

Hi Angela, your Living room would be considered two rooms, we go up to 15 steps as a room. You could purchase the 5 room cleaning and would have no additional charge.
