make double sure that you have your voucher number with you, and talk with them personaly giving your voucher number, instead of leaving it on the message machine.

Not easy to get in touch with this merchant. You have to leave a message and it was 3 days before they return my call. Was past the date I wanted an appointment and had to wait another 3weeks before I had the date I could go. They did an a lovely manicure probable the best I had. Would really recommend.
