Rachel Scott at The Parlor Too

Since she kicked off her career as a stylist in 2008, Rachel Scott has become known as much for her styling prowess as for setting her clients at ease with her chair-side manner. "They can just come and relax," she says. "I like to think I'm pretty down-to-earth." As she chats with clients, she transforms their hair with new cuts, color, or—her personal favorite—skillfully placed foils that add dimension with highlights or lowlights.
