Choose Between Two Options

Yoga classes integrate various yogic techniques, such as chanting and breath work, and begin with intention setting to ground the mind. Classes in flow, power, prenatal, and restorative yoga are available. Pilates mat sessions focus on the core and creating longer, leaner muscles. Barre classes combine classical ballet techniques, Pilates, yoga, and orthopedic exercises to create strong, lithe muscles. Although taught in a group setting, each class includes personalized attention through verbal and hands-on corrections. The schedule features classes seven days a week.

Rasamaya

The Sanskrit translation of rasamaya is "fluid," which describes the studio's Rasamaya Method of intelligent movement. Rasamaya's instructors lead their own brand of barre, Pilates, cycle, and vinyasa yoga classes that are designed to balance and strengthen the mind and body in tandem. Featured in Pilates Style Magazine , Yoga Journal, and Wanderlust conferences. Founder Carrie Tyler specializes in women's physical structure, health, and sexuality and built the practice from her playful teaching style and deep understanding of yogic philosophy, anatomy, and alignment.
