It I opt for the "2 rounds" option does that mean a twosome of 2 players can use that on the same round of golf? Or does it mean that I have to use it on two different days?

The Two Play's are Rounds of Golf at different facilities - so the other player would have to purchase the same offer. However, if you both purchase the offer, then you both may use at the same time. Once you redeem the offer, the facility you play your first round at will hand you a voucher for your second round of golf.

I don't see when I can play with this coupon. It said only "Not valid before 12pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays". Can I use this coupon during the weekdays anytime of the day?

The Groupon's may be used anytime Monday - Friday between now and March 31. During the same time period, the Groupon may be used Saturday, Sunday and Holidays after 12pm. After March 31, if you have not redeemed your Groupon, the amount paid for the Groupon may be used as a credit towards a normal greens fee.
