what is the ration ofdilution you use for the dysport and May I request that when I recieve mine I can be " first on the bottle " or meaning it it mixed fresh when I am there ?

We follow the instructions of Medicis which are specific about the dilution, we use 2.5mL of .9% Sodium Chloride Injection USP in the 300 unit vial. Yes we are happy to open a fresh bottle and reconstitute it in front of you.

What is the best filler for lip lines? Your warnings are ominous. I am very risk averse.

We are required by law to place all of these warnings, they are rare but they do happen. The best filler for lips is Juvederm which we will substitute for you. We have other solutions besides fillers that help with lip lines. If you get the Groupon and we find something is better we will trade your value towards the best solution and if we are unable to find something to help you, we will contact Groupon about getting you a refund, our goal is to make you happy and create a long term relationship.

Instead of restylane can I get juvaderm? I want it to fill my lips which I already do so also if I have any left over can I use it to fill my nasal folds which aren't that bad anywAy?

Normally we do make these changes but Juvederm is so much better for the lips we want to make sure you have a great experience. When you call the office to make the appointment please let them know you were told it was okay.

How much restylane is in the syringe and what is it enough to treat the nasal folds? If more is needed, what is the price for another syringe?

There is 1 full CC in the syringe. It should be enough to treat your naso labial folds but we will make sure before we do any procedure that we discuss all options and proper expectations. You are given a very special price should you need any additional products at all.

Restylane is great for the naso labial folds near your mouth and it lasts a long time. We do not recommend doing filler of any kind under the eyes, it is not a natural look and can be dangerous. We have several other options we can show you when you come in for a no charge consultation.

I normally only need 30 units of Dysport for between my eyes. Would you then use the other 20 units for crow's feet area? Would it be possible to pay for an extra 10 units to do 30 units in that area too?

Yes that would be no problem at all, we do not restrict the use of the 50 units to the same location. You and the doctor will work together to insure get the most from your experience.

We only have doctors administer these products and yes we use a numbing agent and there is Lidocaine in the filler as well.

Congratulations on the wedding of your daughter, we hope you have a wonderful time. Dysport is not the best product to be used around your mouth, it is designed to paralyze muscles which soften wrinkle lines. The best product to use around your mouth is the Restylane or a filler. We have other treatments that are great for small wrinkles as well. The worst thing that ever happens from these treatments is a bruise that can last as long as 10 days (we very rarely see this) so plan accordingly. If you wish to come in for a free consultation prior to purchasing the Groupon you are more than welcome to do that, we want you to know all your options.
