Trainers tone bodies in 45- to 60-minute sessions and vary the exercises in each class to prevent monotony. They work with jump ropes, punching bags, tractor tires, battle ropes, kettlebells, and monkey bars at a rapid pace that keeps heart rates elevated as muscles work.
