Brazilain does suggest you get the treatment done right after color. The treatment locks in your color.

My daughter has had keratin done on her naturally curly hair with good results but wanted to try the Brazilian Blowout treatment next time she is due for another treatment. Can she have this done if she has already done the keratin before, or is there a length of time she should wait before switching?

Dana T. asked 1 year, 25 days, 17 hours, and 56 minutes ago - 1 answer

Rechelle H.

Yes, she can switch to the Brazilain treatment. The Brazilian treatment is a very different treatment from the Keratin. The Brazilian will de-freeze, add shine, cut down blow-dry time, and cut down on some of the curl. The Keratin typically will de-freeze, add shine, cut down blow-dry time, and does allow all the curl to stay in hair.

My Daughters hair is thick and below shoulder length. How much extra would it cost. I have been told that her hair would probably take around 2 hours.

Lene B. asked 1 year, 25 days, 22 hours, and 5 minutes ago - 1 answer

Rechelle H.

Yes, the extra charge is $35.00. It will take around 2 hours for the Brazilian process. The process might be a little bit longer for longer thicker hair ( 30 minutes longer).
