Can this apply for people who have put down a deposit/had a credit check but still haven’t signed a lease?? Thanks!! Also, can my roommate buy one for his portion of the rent?

Yes, if you have recently put down a deposit and had your credit checked but have still not signed your lease, we will honor this and give you $500 towards your rent. As for your roomate, only one Groupon per lease can be used. Thank you for choosing Red Brick!

I am SO happy to have found (and purchased) this Groupon. It is my first purchase here and I am looking to move to an apartment in Soulard and really like what RedBrick has to offer. This Groupon will go towards a month of rent and save me SO much money. Thank you Groupon!!
