The banya is a traditional Russian sauna treatment designed to boost metabolism, detoxify the body, reduce stress, and encourage circulatory health. The treatment includes aromatherapy and a stint in the wet sauna, which can reach temperatures of 200 degrees. Customers are also treated to a Russian oak-leaf treatment, which is similar to a deep-tissue massage and helps to improve circulation. Afterward, they can enjoy a cup of organic honey herbal tea before a refreshing rinse in the shower. Custom massages are tailored to suit individual needs and draw techniques from modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, and lymphatic.
