This Groupon is only valid for DVD rentals and is not valid for video games or Blu-ray rentals.
Redbox boasts more than 26,000 DVD-vending machines nationwide, each carrying approximately 630 DVDs, including up to 200 individual titles. These shiny red beacons of home entertainment can be found in and around grocery stores, pharmacies, convenience stores, and other common places that citizens frequent on a day-to-day basis. To redeem this Groupon, customers will simply input their Groupon rental code using the Redbox touch screen and take home the hottest blockbusters and tearjerkers. Current small-screen offerings include the Oscar-nominated movies The Social Network, Inception, Toy Story 3, How to Train Your Dragon, and Winter's Bone. Nearly all Redbox titles have been released within the past six months and new releases are made available every Tuesday, such as The King's Speech, another Oscar-nominee that will tentatively be available on April 19.
Groupon users will be required to swipe their credit or debit card during each Redbox DVD rental, but they will only be charged if rentals are not returned by the generous due date (9 p.m. on the next day). To make the process even breezier, DVDs can be returned to any Redbox location, including locations proximate to wind tunnels.
Redbox offers a free rental credit for first-time clients who register online; however, this Groupon still represents the best deal available for all customers.
