I have waited to post about my PuzzMuzz experience because there was a problem with my order - 2 items were missing. Initially the person I was directed to for help was a local representative, and she could not solve this problem. My second contact with customer service generated a call from the company's headquarters, and was quickly acted on. I eventually received the items that were missing. The quality of the items is outstanding, and in the end, customer service came through. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them.
