How much hair growth should I allow prior to first and subsequent visits? I keep my back waxed but would like to try this more permanent procedure.

If I purchase the medium area for someone as a gift, and they go in for their first appoinment and the Technitian says they actually need the large area can they just pay the extra amount to be upgraded to the large area since it was a gift? Thanks!

Do you have to be a certain age? My 14 year old was born with a uni-brow! She has been getting her eyebrows waxed since she was 5 years old and wants this so badly for Christmas. Also how long between treatments as we live about an hour away? Thanks!

Lisa . asked 5 months, 16 days, 7 hours, and 19 minutes ago - 1 answer

Jason R.

14 years old is just fine for us to treat. Treatments take about 5 minutes.

For men, what does half back mean exactly? There are only certian areas that have growth, but some are higher on the back and some are lower. Would a half back purchase work since the hair is not all over?

Abigail J. asked 5 months, 15 days, 9 hours, and 1 minute ago - 1 answer

Jason R.

either shoulder blades up or from the shoulder blades down. We can better determine once we see you.

Hi, I would like to buy this Groupon as a gift for a man. He doesn't really have any chest hair except around his areolas... If I purchase the small treatment option could he use it for that area, even though it's listed as a women's treatment? I don't see a comparable option for men.

Lauren H. asked 5 months, 17 days, 18 hours, and 21 minutes ago - 1 answer

Jason R.

Yes a small area should cover that

Jason R. answered 5 months, 15 days, 5 hours, and 12 minutes ago

This says valid only for new clients for for clients who have not been treated in the last 6 months. So, if I were to purchase it now and wait until I know it's been at least 6 months since my last treatment, it would be valid for me? Or would they go by the purchase date? I would love to take advantage of this deal even if it meant sitting on it for a bit but, don't want to purchase now and find out later that even though I've not been treated in 6 months, I'm not eligible.

Deshawna M. asked 5 months, 18 days, 9 hours, and 18 minutes ago - 1 answer

Jason R.

Yes, you are correct. If you purchase now, and begin treatment 6 months after your last treatment on your original groupon - you will be fine. As long as you start your first treatment BEFORE the expiration date! Thanks
