The description of the deal says "The 10-class option can be used at any time", but the Groupon expires after 90 days and must be activated before the 90 day expiration date. Does this mean that if I take my first lesson before the Groupon expires that I can take my additional lessons anytime thereafter, including after the expiration date?

Yes, as long as you redeem your Groupon before the expiration, you can use the classes after the expiration.
