I purchased one for myself, but I wanted to get one for my mom… Can you not purchase more than one, if you are giving as a gift???

Holly – Welcome to Groupon! It doesn’t seem that your purchase is in the system as of now. On occasion it can take a few minutes. If you haven’t received an email by now – try buying them again. If for some reason you end up with 2 purchases we always remove one tomorrow. Also, if you continue to have trouble please email support@groupon.com and they can help you out. Sorry for your troubles!
Hi .. I just purchased two (I think) but it only gave me the option of me OR as a gift, not one of each .. so it looks like I bought two for my mom (actually want to use one myself please! ;) hope this gets sorted out .. would be nice if the purchasing area made a clear distinction that you could buy 1 for yourself AND buy gifts. You can definitely use the additional one for yourself. When you schedule your or your Mom’s massage, just let them know your situation….the folks at Revolution Wellness are more than great. Sorry for the confusion and enjoy your massage!

I purchased this deal yesterday. Today I see that the quota was met and the deal is good yet I did not get any kind of email confirmation.
What I am supposed to be looking for or doing? This is my first purchase with Groupon.
Jan – You should receive an email confirmation saying your Groupon has been purchased. First, check in “My Stuff” (located in the blue bar on the right hand side of the main screen) and look in “My Groupons” to see if anything is listed. If you see nothing no need to worry, we can take care of that for you – please contact our customer support at support@groupon.com or 1-877-788-7858. Thanks and congrats on your first Groupon!
